Churches: Strengthening the Local Body

The team spread out on Sundays to preach and minister in the local assemblies.

Fiona walked through a swamp to preach in a small village area where the people shouted as she arrived [she was the first white person ever to come to the village!!].  As Fiona closed her sermon calling for people to give their lives for Christ, a Muslim man ran to the front of the church to give his life to Christ.

Carol was given a pineapple and a beautiful woven mat as gifts for preaching in the churches.  The hospitality and love of the people toward the team was wonderful.

Julie preached the final Sunday at Eden Revival Church, Wandegeya (Pastor Morris Bukenya) where 20 people responded to be saved and many came forward to receive prayer.
