South Pacific 2002 - Vanuatu Reports

Teaching

Pastors take notes during a day sessionRev. Harvey Walker from New Zealand joined the team to teach the Pastors and Leaders Conference.  Pastors from nearly a dozen islands came by boat, car, or on foot to learn from the experienced Kiwi pastor.  Julie preached each night and the fire of the Spirit invaded the meetings which were held near the Football Stadium.  A prophetic call for repentance sent leaders of churches and denominations to their knees.  Men of God were weeping and shouting for the forgiveness and healing of God.  At that God-inspired moment the people stood in awed and humble silence, watching the Holy Spirit break the pride and jealousies that were choking the life from the local Body of Christ.  It was humbling to watch the dealings of the Spirit of God on the people.  The Lord sent Julie and her international team to make a difference on the far-flung island in Vanuatu. There was more to come.
