Holy Spirit, Come!

One night during the campaign the hunger for the Lord’s presence seemed to flow over the entire area surrounding the park.  People came off the street to listen. One pastor, a long time resident, said he had never seen such an anointing over the place– there was an absolute, solemn silence as Julie preached.  More than a hundred and twenty children flocked to be filled with the Holy Spirit, many of them turning to the children next to them, laying their hands on them and praying in tongues, seeing other children filled with the Holy Spirit and power. On the last night of the city campaign the adults would not wait to be called but quickly thronged the stage..  The awesome presence of Jesus hung over the trees, penetrating from the starry sky overhead as ocean waves dashed on the shore nearby.
