The Music Festival

For four nights in July fantastic talent from all over Romania gathered crowds in the city of Calarasi.  Nearly 1,000 people came each night to the city park to hear the bands, singers, and rappers, and watch the drama teams present the gospel.  Many people in the crowd commented on how positive the music made them feel. 

During the soaring sounds, YMG team members circulated in the crowd with their EvangeCubes, witnessed, and prayed with people to receive Christ. 

Each night Julie preached a short salvation message and called people to repentance and faith.  Rain or starry sky, people embraced Christ by coming forward through the crowd for prayer.

Many people came for healing prayer as word spread through the city, drawing people, among them many Gypsy people.  Each night focused on telling the story of Christ in various ways, and drawing people in to surrender their lives to Christ.  Despite rain on the last two evenings, people stayed to hear the message and respond.  Many young men decided to follow Jesus.
