Impacting the Government

Prime Minister, Sir Allan Kamekeza, Julie, Cabinet Ministers, and Leading PastorsJulie was invited to speak during a Cabinet Session with the Prime Minister, the Hon. Sir Allan Kemakeza, and the Solomon Island Government Ministers.

Government officials, including the Minister of Home Affairs, the Hon. Clement Rojumana; the Minister of National Security & Justice, the Hon. Augustine Taneko; the Minister of Reconciliation, the Hon. Nathaniel Waena; the Mayor of Honiara, Ronald Fugui, and the Police Commissioner, Mr. Morton Siriheti, spoke in opening remarks or attended the campaign.

Julie with Margaret and Sir Peter Kenilorea, Speaker of the House and First P.M. of the Solomon IslandsThe "Winds of Fire" Campaign was further graced with the presence of the legendary Sir Peter Kenilorea, Speaker of the House, and first Prime Minister of the Solomon Islands.  His wife Margaret also attended.  Kenilorea thanked Julie and her team for coming to the Solomon Islands, and called the YMG team’s visit "a spiritual feast" for the nation.  Click here for the full text of Kenilorea's address at the "Winds of Change" Campaign.

Praise God for safety and His mighty blessing on the mission to the "Hapi Isles".  We pray with the people of the Solomon Islands for better days as the churches seek the help of God for their country and for revival.
